Cynthia M. Jones is a California trademark and business attorney. She is the founder of Avatar Legal, PC, a San Diego, California based law firm, which she runs with her husband and law partner Jason L. Jones. Cynthia’s trademark practice includes both registering trademarks and representing clients in TTAB proceedings and litigation.
Cynthia graduated Cum Laude from UC Hastings College of the Law with a concentration in international law. She received her B.A. with distinctions in Biological Antrhopology from UC San Diego.
In her rare free time, Cynthia enjoys being with her family (including her husband, a toddler, a new baby and two cats), jogging, and painting.
